2. Transparent Payment Practices

Pretty Braids of Africa LLC does not impose any hidden or mandatory fees. The only additional cost outside of posted service pricing is the standard card processing fee of 2.6% + 15¢, charged by third-party card platforms. This fee does not go to the salon. Clients are informed in advance and may always choose to pay with cash or alternative payment methods.

3. No Deposit Policy

We do not require deposits to secure an appointment. Clients are never tricked or misled into financial commitments. Pricing is discussed upfront, and all services are conducted with full transparency and mutual consent.

4. Sanitation & Client Safety

Our salon is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly and consistently in compliance with Georgia State Board of Cosmetology & Barbers regulations (O.C.G.A. § 43-10). All tools, combs, and workstations are sterilized after each client, ensuring a safe and professional experience for every guest.

5. Client Products & Property

Clients who provide their own hair are entitled to retain them post-service. Pretty Braids of Africa LLC does not reuse, repurpose, or misappropriate any client’s personal items.

6. Legal Protection Against Defamation

Any individual found fabricating reviews, making slanderous remarks, or otherwise misrepresenting the services of this business will be formally warned and may be pursued through legal channels for libel and reputational damage under Georgia law. We reserve the right to protect our business, staff, and loyal clients from harmful and dishonest conduct.

7. Professional and Ethical Conduct

We foster a peaceful and inclusive environment for all clients. Our services are rendered with care, patience, and professionalism. We do not discriminate, we do not rush, and we do not tolerate unethical behavior from clients or the public.
